Coastal-Modern Fusion
Nestled along the shores of Fort Lauderdale Beach at Las Olas, this coastal modern renovation by Artistic Interiors transforms a waterfront apartment into a refined Florida retreat designed to celebrate the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Existing travertine tile floors were thoughtfully preserved, creating a seamless foundation for the home’s elegant redesign while enhancing the natural light that flows throughout the space. The interiors embrace a minimalist aesthetic, allowing expansive ocean views to remain the focal point. Neutral tones layered with crisp whites and soft ocean blues evoke a serene coastal atmosphere, while custom furnishings and built-in elements add both sophistication and functionality.
Coastal Luxury Re-imagined
Even though we are Florida interior designers, Artistic Interiors offers design services to many out of state locations. Experience the height of coastal elegance in this premier beachfront villa condominium, perfectly capturing the essence of the sun-drenched beaches of The Caribbean. This custom design seamlessly blends modern architecture with a relaxed resort lifestyle. The open plan layout showcases breathtaking views of The Caribbean Island’s pristine, turquoise coastline. Natural light floods the space through expansive glass doors, effortlessly connecting the indoor living area to the outdoor terrace. Sophisticated Yet Relaxed Finishes, every detail reflects an elevated tropical aesthetic inspired by the island’s natural beauty. Warm wood floors bring natural texture inside. Glossy white cabinetry reflects the abundant Caribbean sunlight. Woven pendant lights add an artisanal organic element. Soft neutral textiles offer comfortable, inviting lounge seating. Muted earth tones mirror the local sand and surrounding landscape.
Contemporary Interiors
Contemporary design is ever-evolving — a reflection of the styles, materials, and influences that define the moment. Unlike traditional design styles that follow a strict set of rules, contemporary interiors are fluid, creative, and constantly reinventing themselves, much like fashion. It embraces innovation, bold contrasts, clean sophistication, and unexpected details that create an undeniable wow factor. What feels contemporary today may evolve tomorrow, which is exactly what makes this style so exciting and timeless at the same time. At Artistic Interiors, we love designing contemporary spaces that feel fresh, elevated, and ahead of the trends while still remaining elegant, comfortable, and uniquely personal to each client.
Exotic interiors
This stunning Caribbean island apartment, designed by Artistic Interiors, captures the vibe of a luxurious Moroccan resort. With meticulous attention to detail and authentic North African artifacts and furnishings, it made our client feel as if they were on a Mediterranean getaway. From the custom Moroccan arched double doors in the master bedroom to the intricate stenciling in the entry foyer crowned by a majestic Arabic chandelier, the space exudes cultural richness without feeling overwhelming.
Coastal Interior Design
Coastal-modern interior design in Fort Lauderdale blends relaxed beachfront living with contemporary sophistication. Inspired by the city’s oceanfront lifestyle, waterways, luxury high-rises, and resort vibe, this style embraces light, openness, and effortless elegance. At Artistic Interiors, it’s expressed through clean architectural lines, organic textures, and a calming palette that reflects South Florida’s natural beauty. Rooted in simplicity, it lets natural light, expansive views, and thoughtful materials shine. Soft neutrals, warm whites, sandy taupes, driftwood tones, and ocean-inspired blues create airy, serene, timeless spaces. Open floor plans, minimal clutter, and curated furnishings prioritize comfort without sacrificing style. Texture is key, with wood, linen, stone, woven fibers, glass, and subtle metallic accents adding warmth while keeping things relaxed. Large windows, reflective surfaces, and layered lighting boost brightness and connect indoor spaces seamlessly to the coastal surroundings. At Artistic Interiors, coastal-modern design is more than décor—it’s a lifestyle, tailored to evoke a retreat that blends luxury with livability, whether in an oceanfront condo, waterfront home, or modern coastal getaway.

Modern Interiors
Modern interiors embody a timeless city sophistication that never goes out of style. Clean architectural lines layered neutral tones, refined textures, and thoughtfully curated furnishings create spaces that feel elegant, uncluttered, and effortlessly luxurious. Inspired by upscale urban living, modern design focuses on simplicity with impact, where every detail serves a purpose while maintaining warmth and comfort. At Artistic Interiors, we create modern spaces that feel polished yet inviting, balancing contemporary aesthetics with livable design tailored to each client’s lifestyle.
Traditional Design
In South Florida, home design is evolving beyond the cool minimalism of the past. Homeowners today are seeking spaces that feel deeply personal, warm, and structurally rich. At Artistic Interiors, we are seeing a beautiful surge in demand for the Coastal Traditional aesthetic, a look that masterfully pairs the time-honored elegance of classic architecture with the relaxed, sun-drenched lifestyle of the Fort Lauderdale coast. True coastal design is far more sophisticated than predictable beach-house themes. By taking traditional foundations like stately mill work, tailored furniture, and refined layout planning, layering them with soft oceanic tones, organic grass cloth textures, and light-washed woods, we create environments that feel both exceptionally luxurious and effortlessly inviting. Your home should not simply be decorated; it should tell your unique story through purpose and artistry.
One of the most elaborate decorative arts projects that Artistic Interiors has created is this magnificent Mediterranean mansion in Fort Lauderdale. After extensive & detailed research on Tuscan, Roman, and Venetian frescoes and ornamental painting, our talented crew of decorative artists, under the guidance and supervision of Andy Quinones, provided our client and our city with this heirloom of a decorative arts project. Artistic Interiors has been creating whimsical environments like this for over 25 years and counting. Let us transform your home with decorative painting along with your interior design.
Public Spaces & Exteriors
Artistic Interiors takes pride in transforming outdated condominium lobbies, public spaces, amenity areas, and pool decks into sophisticated, modern environments that rival the newest luxury developments throughout Fort Lauderdale. As the city continues to experience rapid growth and an influx of high-end residential towers, older condominium properties are recognizing the importance of updating their shared spaces to remain competitive, attract buyers, and increase property values. Our design and remodeling team works closely with condominium associations, property managers, and boards to completely re-imagine underutilized or aging common areas with fresh, elevated aesthetics and functional modern design solutions. From elegant lobby renovations and welcoming reception areas to resort-inspired pool decks, lounges, hallways, fitness centers, and social spaces, we create environments that feel current, luxurious, and timeless. This Renovation of a Las Olas boutique condominium building in Fort Lauderdale is a prime example of our public spaces design and renovation services.
At Artistic Interiors, we believe that common areas define the first impression of a building. Through thoughtful space planning, refined materials, custom furnishings, lighting design, architectural details, and contemporary coastal-modern styling, we help properties achieve the polished atmosphere today’s residents and buyers expect from luxury South Florida living. Our renovations not only modernize the appearance of a property but also enhance the overall resident experience while helping condominium communities maintain strong market appeal in an increasingly competitive real estate landscape. Whether the goal is a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, Artistic Interiors delivers tailored design solutions that bring new life, energy, and value to every property we touch.
Let’s talk children’s spaces
Children’s rooms should be designed around imagination and personality rather than simply assigning pink for girls or blue for boys. At Artistic Interiors, we believe the best children’s spaces begin by interviewing the child to discover their favorite themes, hobbies, sports teams, characters, and activities so the room becomes a reflection of their world. Whether it’s a whimsical garden retreat or an adventurous pirate escape, themed environments inspire creativity, comfort, and emotional connection. Don’t be afraid to incorporate a wide variety of colors, as children’s minds respond positively to vibrant primary tones and playful combinations that stimulate development and imagination far more effectively than traditional gender-based palettes. Every room should also include a dedicated area for studying, reading, and homework to encourage focus and growth. While children should absolutely have input in the design process, it is equally important for the designer and parent to stay in control of the overall vision so the space remains cohesive, functional, and timeless as the child grows.
